1. Independent Contractor Relationship
All models and participants associated with the Agency operate as independent contractors, not employees. Nothing on this website, nor any communication or agreement, creates an employer–employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and the Agency. As an independent contractor: You are not paid wages or a salary. You are not guaranteed work, hours, or income. You are not eligible for employee benefits, including health insurance, unemployment insurance, or workers’ compensation. You control when, how, and whether you participate, subject to separate written agreements.
2. Tax Responsibilities (W-9 / 1099)
As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for reporting your income and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including self-employment taxes where applicable. You may be required to submit a Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099. The Agency does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice.
3. No Guaranteed Earnings
The Agency makes no guarantees regarding income, earnings, or financial results. Any examples or references to earnings are illustrative only. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, market demand, and platform conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Third-Party Platforms & Services
Participation may involve third-party platforms or services. The Agency does not control and is not responsible for platform rule changes, account suspensions, algorithm changes, monetization restrictions, or service interruptions.
5. Content Creation & Personal Boundaries
Participation is voluntary. You retain control over what content you create and what boundaries you set. You are never required to create content that makes you uncomfortable or violates your personal values.
6. Reputation, Public Exposure & Digital Permanence
Digital content may be publicly accessible. Once content is shared online, it may be copied or redistributed by third parties. Complete removal of content from the internet cannot be guaranteed.
7. Privacy & Identity
The Agency takes reasonable steps to respect privacy and discretion; however, absolute anonymity cannot be
guaranteed. You are responsible for protecting your own personal identifying information.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership and usage rights related to content are governed exclusively by separate written agreements. No
intellectual property rights are transferred unless expressly stated in writing.
9. Expenses & Costs
You may incur personal expenses related to participation, including equipment, attire, or services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all expenses are your responsibility.
10. Limited Exclusivity
You are free to collaborate, create, or work with other individual models, creators, or collaborators at any time.
However, during the term of any agreement with the Agency, you may not enter into representation, management, or agency relationships with any other modeling, talent, or creator agencies unless expressly permitted in writing.
11. Termination & Contract Term
The Agency may terminate the contractual relationship at any time, with or without cause, subject to applicable law. Your participation as a model is governed by the specific timeframes, terms, and conditions set forth in your individual written agreement, including any initial trial term or defined contract period.
12. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
The Agency does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You are encouraged to consult your own advisors.
13. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Participation is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All matters relating to participation and these disclosures are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Updates & Modifications
These disclosures may be updated from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
